A water-based sealer suitable for both interior and exterior walls. It offers excellent alkali resistance, good adhesion, and outstanding resistance to fungi and algae.

Application Instructions

Ensure the wall surface is dry, clean, and free from dust and grease. If necessary, sand uneven areas or repair any holes before application.

Application Guidelines

Recommended Coating System: 1 coat
Coverage: Approximately 7 – 10 m² per litre (depending on surface roughness)
Water dilution ratio: 5%–10%
Drying Time: Approximately 30 minutes – 1 hours (depending on weather and ventilation)
